Accommodation in venue hotel (Palmon Bay Hotel & Spa **** ) is offered to the participants of RAD 2022 Conference by the special prices (very limited number of rooms). For more information please contact the hotel by email: reservations@palmonbayspa.com

Accommodation for two persons in a room:
Standard room with a balcony at the price of 77.00 EUR per person per night
Standard room with a balcony and side sea view at the price of 83.00 EUR per person per night

Accommodation for one person in a room:
Standard room with a balcony at the price of 130.90 EUR per person per night
Standard room with a balcony and side sea view at the price of 141.10 EUR per person per night

The price of accommodation includes:
- Bed and breakfast
- The use of the SPA center, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, hotel beach with sunbeds and umbrellas
- WiFi available throughout the hotel complex

The price of accommodation does not include:
- Tourist tax and insurance at the price of 1.50 EUR per person per day.

Supplement for half board service (breakfast and dinner) is 10.00 EUR per person per night.

Terms and conditions:

Upon the confirmation of the reservation, 30% of the total amount of the reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card or paid as deposit. The rest of the total amount must be paid no later than 10 days before the announced arrival date.

The reservation may be canceled no later than 10 days before arrival without penalty.
For any cancellation in the period of 9 to 5 days before the day of arrival, the Hotel charges 30% of the total amount.
For any cancellation in the period of 4 to 2 days before the day of arrival, the Hotel charges 50% of the total amount.
For any cancellation after the specified period and in case of no-show, the Hotel charges the full amount.
